Payment & Fees

Full payment is due upon scheduling your booking to hold your pet’s spot. Space is limited. We do accept tips in advance or at the end of the booking. This helps us continue to keep our guests comfortable!

Cancellations

Cancellations are free but must be made 48 hours prior to your booking. If you must cancel after the cancellation window, a 50% refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Last Minute Booking?

No worries, we here at Hound Haven Dog Boarding & More got you covered! Bookings made within 24 hours, will be charged a $10.00 fee.

Running behind?

Please give us a call! Communication is key! If you are late each hour past the booking time, will result in a $5.00 fee.

What to bring

Any pet medications and instructions. Dog kibble, bowls, toys, treats, and pet bed. We want your pet to be as comfortable as possible in our care! We do provide a kennel, bowls, and toys to relieve you of any hassle.

Misc

Please provide your pet’s veterinarian contact information in the event urgent care is needed. We use Penny Paws, in the event we must take your pet to the clinic or hospital, the final bill will be invoiced to you for payment.
